• Synopsis:
  • "The Mirror Master's Masterpiece!": Despite the title's reference to another Rogue, the lead story is "The Gorilla Who Always Triumphs!". Gorilla Grodd manages to escape Gorilla City and projects his mind into a human to lure the Flash into a trap. However, Grodd pretends to be a reformed citizen, helping the Flash stop other criminals to gain his trust. Naturally, it's all a ruse to steal a device that will give Grodd total mental control over Central City.
  • "The Mystery of the Menacing Masquerader!": In this Kid Flash solo, Wally West is suspicious of a new student at his school who wears a mask and claims to have a disfigured face. Wally discovers the student is actually a spy using the school as a cover to monitor a nearby government facility.
