Wally West has reached a level of speed that makes him nearly a god, but he still hasn't mastered his own insecurities.

• Linda’s Secret Case: Linda Park has secretly left town to investigate a case involving her ex-husband. Wally, with his heightened senses and Speed Force-induced anxiety, becomes suspicious and jealous, leading him to "stalk" her trail at super-speed.
• The Emotional Friction: The issue highlights that even though Wally chose to return from the Speed Force for Linda in #100, the "happily ever after" isn't automatic. It explores the difficulty of being in a relationship with someone who could vanish into another dimension at any moment.
• Mirror Master Returns: While the primary focus is the relationship drama, the issue features Evan McCulloch (the second Mirror Master). His appearances in the Waid era were always a highlight, as they emphasized the "optical illusion" and psychedelic nature of his powers, providing a visual contrast to the "blurred speed" of the Flash.
