The Plot: "The Year of the Gods"

This issue scales the conflict up from "wizard duel" to "divine intervention."

• The Dark Awakening: The ancient Gods of Atlantis, long dormant, begin to stir. This isn't good news for mortals; these deities are indifferent, chaotic, and view Arion and Garn Daanuth as mere insects playing with their leftover toys.
• Garn Daanuth’s Gambit: Garn attempts to siphon power directly from a slumbering deity. This backfires spectacularly, forcing Arion to step in not just to save his brother, but to prevent the literal "unmaking" of the continent.
• Lady Chian and Wyynde: They find themselves fighting a war on two fronts: defending the city from supernatural tremors while trying to keep the panic-stricken populace from turning on Arion.
