The Plot: "The Power of the Pendant"

Following the return of his brother in the previous issue, Arion finds himself in a desperate race to reclaim his lost mystical artifacts.

• The Sibling Rivalry: Garn Daanuth is no longer just a looming threat; he is active and seeking the tools that will grant him total dominion over the "Land of the Golden Gate."
• The Artifact: Much of the issue centers around the Gem of Garn. Arion realizes that his connection to his own power is inextricably linked to these ancient pieces of Atlantean technology/magic.
• Lady Chian & Wyynde: While Arion deals with the heavy magic, his companions provide the tactical muscle. This issue features a great sequence where Chian has to navigate a gauntlet of Garn's "Dark Guard" to buy Arion time to perform a restoration spell.
